Mutt Camping Refund Policy
Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee is simple, because you and your dog's happiness is our priority. If your product is faulty, damaged, or it doesn't meet your satisfaction, send it back for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
Step 1 - E-mail us at email@example.com with the information below:
1) Let us know why you're returning or exchanging it. Please be as detailed as possible, we are always trying to improve
2) If you still have your receipt, you can just send us that. Otherwise we need the e-mail address used to order (if different from the one you're using) and method of payment used.
Step 2 - We'll respond with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Write this on the shipping label.
Step 3 - Once we receive your item, we'll issue you a full refund that is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment! Easy as that.
There are a few exceptions, non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted with your credit card company or bank. Give it 1 week to show up on your account, if it's still not there please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We're happy to help.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
